Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements

- Proven experience in the sales Field minimum of 4 years
