TeleSales Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements

• Proven experience in the sales Field minimum of 4 years  
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Ability to Work in a dynamic environment
• Project management Skills ( From a stakeholder Point of view)
