Telesales Agent

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about AXA products.
Answer questions about products or AXA Egypt
Contribute in generating sales for our company, close sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Maintain strong knowledge of all current and upcoming AXA insurance products and make sure to update customers on new AXA products.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals.
Measure identified KPIs and strive towards meeting sales quota
Maintain and update database with customer information
Create and present detailed sales reports
Perform all other duties assigned by manager.

Bachelor degree in any field
1-2 years of experience
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
