Senior System Administrator

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Regularly update and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime.
• Install and update software and hardware, ensuring compatibility and performance.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any IT-related problems.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure data integrity.
• Document configurations, system changes, and issues.
• Ensure systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify areas for automation and create scripts or use tools to optimize routine tasks.
• Implement systems to automate monitoring, backups, and reporting.

Education / Certification / Soft Skills & Behavioral Competencies

•  3+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft products and systems.
• Good knowledge of network basics.
• Good knowledge of security basics.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Cloud services (O365 and Azure).
• Excellent communication skills.
• ITIL Knowledge. ITIL foundation Certified is preferred
