Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Bancassurance Sales Advisor to join our team in Mahalla/Tanta. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell insurance products to customers through our banking channels.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to generate leads and promote insurance products.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products to meet their requirements.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms with potential customers.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2. Mahalla/Tanta Resident
3. 0-2 years of experience
4. Insurance Knowledge is preferable
5. Excellent English Language skills
6. Strong communication skills
7. Self-motivated and confident
8. Proactive and flexible to work in multiple branches
9. Work under pressure
10. Ability to handle angry customers
