- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about AXA products.
- Answer questions about products or AXA Egypt
- Contribute in generating sales for our company, close sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all current and upcoming AXA insurance products and make sure to update customers on new AXA products.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales deals.
- Measure identified KPIs and strive towards meeting sales quota
- Maintain and update database with customer information
- Create and present detailed sales reports
- Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
Skills Description
Skills
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 1-2 years of experience
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
