Job Description
- Maintain full understanding across all AXA products and services, markettrends,opportunities andcompetitive
- Ensureagents adherencetothesetKPIsand
- Guarantee that each agent pursues all their assigned leadsandreferralsthroughefficienttime
- Receive feedback from agents for all customer facing appointments
- Set objectives for each agent while providing year-round
- Resolveescalatedcustomer
- Analyze sales statistics and generate reports to the line manager that can beusedfor
- Record, store and retrieve both hard and soft customer information, makesuggestions for improving products, services, sales policy and strategy, complywithall relevantlegislation and codesof
- Researchcustomerfilestoidentifypotentialcrosssales
- Perform regular meetings and follow up with the assigned team of agents.
- Contribute to the customer service satisfaction with the sales process, addvalueandensurethatcustomer’s expectations arealways
- Communicate with Operations team on pending business; follow up onissuancerequirementsand issuesthatare
- Maintain a health portfolio by achieving the expected persistency andrenewalrates set.
- Organizeandcoordinateagents’ schedules.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital

Skills Description
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experiences
- One-year in sales management is a plus
- Good linguistic skills
- Good people management skills.
- Teamwork spirit and ability to interact with other

- Very good written and verbal
- Excellent use of Microsoft
- Focused on customer
